Paypal for Indian users

paypal - The picture shows the symbol for the PayPal. It has an important update for its Indian users as they can't have personal payments these days.

We the paypal users from India are well aware of the fact that paypal has restricted personal payments to and from our paypal account. If the payment option is selected as personal, money reverses back to the origin account. Now even personal payment option is made invisible to us while it can be see by user from countries other than India. I have many cash outs waiting. I am afraid to cash them out. I feel that some fees will be deducted for this. Please give some suggestion.

Paypal issue is not yet solved. I am eager to see when it will be solved and we can with draw funds to Indian Local banks. Anyway I request you to wait further hence the issue is not yet resolve.

I have heard about this issue in so many web sites but still I am unable to unedrstand what is the actual problem because before 3 month I have withdrawn some money from my paypal to my bank account. I also have a personal paypal account. now I have parked some money in my paypla I think I should not touch that till I do not understand what is the real problem or else I will loose these money also.
