Feeling empty drains the body

It's been happening to me a lot lately. It's when I wake up and I don't feel the need to do anything, not even go back to sleep. It's like a waking up from a bad dream to face a worse day and you know you don't want to get up and get moving. It's like not looking forward to anything at all. Its so empty and it really drains the body. I really wonder why this is happening to me. Maybe it's because of the incident where I lost my phones and cash, or maybe something else. Do you ever get to feel the same? What would you do? What would you suggest I do?

I have had the feeling of waking up with nothing to do because I am now jobless, the place that I worked closed down and it has been a year now. I live in a very small town and jobs just aren't available here. But my life isn't empty because I seek God first, study His Words and it has helped me a lot. Before my feet hit the floor in the morning I always say "This is the day the Lord has made; I will rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalm 118:24. I pray you find your answer, Be Blessed.

You are very welcome and I am so happy you "Received" it. People have gotten where they don't want to hear about God.

Hi, choybel. I am very sorry that you are feeling this way. The best thing that I can tell you to do is to exercise. Do some walking. You are just very depressed and sad. This makes your body react as if you are inactive. I suggest that you find a hobby that you like to do that is fun and movable. I hope that you will be okay.

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually did more than just a little moving around today and I feel somehow alive again.

Also, you can try getting out more and moving around. This can help you feel as if you are active. And it will keep you motivated.
