Omelets

When I go to Denny's I sometimes order the omelet and it seems to be made perfectly, and it tastes so good the eggs are so fluffy. Have you ever been there and ordered the omelet and then went home and tried to make it just like that but it was nothing but a big disaster?

I haven't had a Denny's omlet in a long time. Where I live there are no more Denny's. But I have been to IHOP for there omlets, and as I was reading the menu noticed that IHOP put pancake batter in with it to make the fluffy. I was very interested in that because I never knew you could do that.

Where do you live? Here in the U.S.A there are so many Denny's and so many I Hop's
