I do part-time photography myself and I've found it easier to start posting my work on different sites and letting it get noticed first. Sometimes you get offers from people to use your work. You can also find contests on some websites and that's a good way to build up some credibility too.

Hello, welcome to myLot. I would not say its impossible, but, yes its difficult. But there are certain steps you have to go before reaching your destination. Have you got any international or national level award for photography? In case, you don't have any international award, you start looking for sites that deal with photography. You start joining competitions and try to win. Try to point out what was the point of view of the best photos selected in those competitions. Analyze them. If you are sincere enough, you will soon gain reputation in this circle. Don't loose faith in God and don't give in. If you can see it, you can be it. God bless you
