Due to Trademark united kingdom the service can be found at www.goolgemail.com. www.googleemail.com or www.gmail.com was privately released on April 1 2004 by invitation only. on February, 7, 2007 gmail was released as a public beta to everyone.

Gmail has many options in it.It is faster.it is most prefered by many.it is having new features.But ur information i did not know previously.yes gmail is a free email provider.
