hi guys this is a very serious issue and some thing has to be done with this. you would have noticed that what ever movie comes the very next hours it will be available in net, this makes a huge loss for the producers who depends only on the movie and the one who have done nothing is earning from this is this fair? not only in movies take windows, ialmost 85% pc desktops runs pirated windows even the windows 7 ultimate.bill gates is No 1 rich man so it doesn matter him but you can notice that piracy is playing a vital role and spoiling many things. some thing should be done with this? i think we should trace who does this and should be punished and everyone should fear to do such things. what do you think to stop these activities?

Hello there! I think I understand what you are saying and yet I don't. I definitely agree that pirating of movies is a very serious problem but I am not sure how the pirating of Windows software can be compared. I think pirating of movies is bad and should be stopped but there isn't really a good way of doing this. However, people who watch movies on the Internet who don't pay are cheating the producers and actors. But think of the comparison you're making. Many families who own PCs just reuse the install CD on multiple computers, is this considered pirating? They have already bought the CD and will probably buy Microsoft products in the future. So I am a little confused as to how the analogy works. Would you mind explaining this to me? Thank you!

Oh, I see what you mean. Well, in that case I think that the OS is a greater transgression, because it costs a lot more and will affect a lot more people as well. I don't really know how to stop this besides that people should be warned, but not punished, because the punishment just causes them to continue to do so. And then companies must make sure they are not hosting anything illegal on their servers, as well :]
