Western contries are opening there outsourcing offices in india without giving us technology. We are getting slightly more money but we are buying western goods with that money.
There is no such thing. Economies are open.Look at the India's foreign exchange reserves. It is running into hundreds of billion dollars. Who donot you think India is encashing on these outsources by western countries. Indeed it is.
