What Can Make People Love Their Jobs

It can be contributed by a lot of factors, such as unrewarding, boring tasks that one is not passionate about and cranky bosses. I've been in a job where both were there, so I resigned. Even when I was getting paid for it, I would cry everyday and I felt like dragging myself to work for the heck of it. It was like hell. It taught me to be careful next time about jobs that I would take, or else I would feel the same way again. To love one's job requires passion. Work should feel like you are just playing, or even when you're tired, you still feel joy out of what you are doing. Unfortunately many people nowadays feel unhappy because of their jobs, and they feel very obligated to do it. Even when they already want to resign, they're stuck because they need money and have a family to feed.

If you do not like what you do but do it anyway because it is a source of income than more than likely you are not going to like your job. But if you are working a job that you wanted then you will more than likely be happy with your job and enjoy doing it. I like what I do for a living and that is the major reason I started my own company is because I like it and I am really good at what I do.
