how to amend the blogger template?

i downloaded a template,it is very beautiful.but i wanna add my own module on that,how should i do?i dont have any basis to make webpage,does it need dreamweaver?thx in advance!

their are available tutorials online that could give you codes to enter in your blog to customize it... pm mo for other sites i know

Go to layout. Add a new module. Either add HTML coding or plain text. Voila, you're done.
