may be in Europe is too cold so people do not need to take bath much , if i do not take shower in a day i feel all my body very uncomfortable and can not concentrate on anything , so to have a good starting day i take bath after i wake up in the morning and also before i go to sleep at night i think it makes my sleep better and very easy to sleep .

Oh, I've heard it too. Some countries don't take a bath daily. I take a bath everyday. It's my necessity, especially here in a tropical country. I take a bath twice in a day.

Yes, I do take a bath everyday. Even when the weather is cold, I find ways to take a bath such as have a warm water bath. I get irritated when my hair becomes too itchy and oily, and my skin feels dirty. I feel good after having a bath and I feel refreshed. There are people who can tolerate not taking a bath and they don't notice they smell awful because they already coped up with their smell and think it's natural. It really depends on their culture. Having a good hygiene can help us stay healthy and keep us away from most infections.

I don't go to bath because I don't have one. I usually have a shower once a day, in the evening. I find it quite refreshing and good for maintaining hygiene. If I miss my shower, I won't feel fresh and good next day.

It is partially true that europeans usually don't take bath everyday but it mainly depends on the people.I come from Bulgaria but this fact does not stop me of freshening myself with a shower every day.

Yes I daily take bath without fail rather in summer and rainy season when it is hot I take bath twice a day;morning and evening. Not only myself but rather my entire family take bath daily. We have developed this habit in all our children. Infact, we are all religious minded and in the morning after our daily routine having fresh,we first take bath and then start worshipping, meditation etc for hours daily in the morning as well as in the evening. Let me now refer to the Yog or what now a days called Yoga, and as already described in one of my other discussion,it consists of 8 parts namely 1)Yam,2)Niyam,3)Asan,4)Pranayam,5)pratyahar,6)Dharana,7)Dhyan & 8)Samadhi.Out of that I would hear deal with only 2nd one i.e.Niyam ;which are five that are Sauch,Santosh ,Tap,Swadhyay and Ishar Pranidhan. Here word Sauch means body cleanliness;both inner and outer. While the inner cleanliness is attained by Naiti(Jal Naiti means drinking water through nostrils and sootra naiti means a thin and small rope made of cotton threads is being put in nostils and is being cleaned) ,Dhauti- a thin cloth piece approximately 3 inch wide and approximately 10 feet long is dipped in to water and then put in to stomach through mouth leaving another end in to hands then the same is pulled back and cleaned with water. This way totally the stomach is cleaned. Then comes Neoli -in this a little warm water approximately 10 litres is taken;some salt is mixed in it and the practicenor drinks the entire water. He moves the water inside by lot of movements of the belly and then almost bomwits or takes that out.He repeats this exercise 2-3 times and cleans his intestines.Lastly comes Wasti in which person sits in water in a tank or river and pulls water inside through rectum and then expells out the same .He does it also2-3 times and thus cleans his entire body.I have seen such yogies who clean their body from inner so much so that if they drink clean water they expel also the clean water. This way the total Sauch is performed by taking bath externally . So if we can not perform every and all exercises at least we must take bath daily.
