Suggest Some Free Blog Creating Sites

Hi all... Im facing some problems using blogspot.com. I want to shift my blog to blogspot.com to anyother free blog which accepts ptc referral links. I tries weebly and webs. But they are not easy to use so i failed to create a bloig there. Wordpress doesn't allow a blog with any referral links. So can u suggest some blog site for me? I like weblog.com, friendster.com and blog.com but im not sure whether these site allow Referral links on them?? PLz help Thanks
