What is going on with paypal recently? Many members complain about their accounts were frozen by paypal. Today, I tried to log into upbux.com, it has long statement about their strenuous work on paypal, but not really success after all. I just wondering if anyone has any idea what is going on with paypal, why people's account got frozen. I check mine, but it seems fine.
