I noticed that many of you have been going to get paid to sites and trying to cash out via paypal when your paypal accounts are UNVERIFIED! This causes a problem because you are not able to purchase anything with it. Paypal allows you to receive money but does not allow you to send any. The problem is... most of you do not have a credit card or a bank account. I discovered a few different methods that can verify your paypal account. You do not need ANY kind of credit card or bank account. you can go to http://nelsonblogs.com/tutorials/verify-paypal/ to view the methods in detail. There are four methods found on the site. Two of the methods include Liberty reserve and funding it to buy a VCC to verify your paypal account. In a few days, your paypal account will become VERIFIED.

actually theres no way for you to verify your paypal but having credit card nor debit card supported with visa and mastercard. theres vertual credit card or VCC around here, thats how i verified my paypal. i just search it online till i found out about VCC, i tried to contact the girl who knows about it and she helped me have one though you have to take the risk of sending money as payment for VCC but before i did that. i tried to investigate first how legit she is by reading those comments she have and talking to other people who commented there.

yes one can still verify their paypal account without bank account and credit card, like using vcc. But these ways are not legal ways to get your account verified. as far as i know,if paypal finds that you have used vcc to verify your account they will limit your account. yes many have used this trick and not got their account limited, but there is a possiblity of getting account limited.
