Unpunctual appointment

If I make an appointment with my friends I will meet them on time. Of course I might late. I can tell them before the time of appointment. However my friend is often late and no call. Today it happen again. I do not like late. Maybe next time I should meet them a little late. How about you?

Me too. I hate people to be late for my appointment. I always make it a point to turn up before the designated time, however, some of my friends aren't just like me. I just tell them that whoever is late next time will have to buy lunch or dinner. That really solves the problem, and sometimes I do get free meals.

How late is this person usually? I'd probably tell them an earlier time so if you are to meet @ 8 tell them 7:30 or 7:45. Or you could just plain say how rude it is of this person to be constantly late when you could be doing other things instead of waiting for them to shine up. Does this person get to their job in time?
