Do you know the spelling of every word that you use while talking???

hi lotters,
frankly speaking am very weak in the spelling and grammer,i dont the the exact spelling of many words that i use while i talk.do you have the same problem?

no i dont know the spelling of every word i speak but i know the spelling of almost 70 % of the words i speak . i too dont speak in very good english 
and i am not too good in grammar too . i think we should be worried about the grammar when we make a formal speech . when we caht with our friends and all there is no need to worry about the grammar much .

Since it's been some time since I've fully used the english language, I can say that I do have some minor gramatical errors...
But in portuguese, I completley dominate every single word ;9
