Any comment of paid survey. Is it for real like mylot?

I see lot of add's on paid servey. But not sure if they are for real or scam. Do you have any experiance with paid servey and can you share?

The ones I have ever seen or tried, I had no Success with. So I stay away personally from sites such as this. I find it easier doing other things.
