Please help before go crazy!!!!!

Can someone please tell me gain how to put a benner on my profile. I keep trying and failing miserably! I click edit profile, add content, choose html for the sortie scrool down to where I can enter it paste it in the box hit returne save changes and then view profile and NO BANNER! WHY! WHY! THIS IS KILLING ME!

well i have tried all this oer and over again probably 20 times and still no banner. I have even contacted my lot they did respnd but did not fix problem. I sent tem the info and never heard back. This really kills me!
