I bought this cell 5 days ago but it keeps losing the network connection. Have you ever experienced that?

I've had that happen sometimes, just about every cell does that every so often. However, if you aren't able to establish a good connection, then there could be something wrong with your location. Or, it could be with the older model phone. My older model phones have some serious connection issues. In fact they often give out because of connection problems, which is anoying. Do you live in an area with a lot of sky scrapers and high-rises? Quite often the metel in those bulidings will disrupt the radio signals. Or, you are out a ways in a more rual area? That can cause low signal strength too. Or, is this your first phone? Have you had this problem with previous phones? If its your first phone, consider your location. If you've had other phones in the past and have performed much better then the current one, then you may want to trade it in for a stronger model phone.

hi danoluma! yes, it does from time to time, when there is a storm or i am in the basement, but i think all the mobile/cell phones lose connection in the basement. otherwise it doesn't lose it!
