The best one I have encountered is carrotreviews.com Just write a quick review of any webpage you've used before and have proof of using it and get 2 to 5 bucks! Although they dont have a referral system in place yet, they might in the future, so please put 'brotha' where it says referrer (this currently does nothing, but if it does it'd be nice so I might get compensated in the future).
