Hey MyLotists. I have a little question that drives me beyond insanity. What is the best choice? Or is there a better choice? The bank is closed for it is Sunday. The bank is closed as it is Sunday. The bank is closed because it is Sunday. ???

Uhmmm... Let me try... Bank is closed on Sunday or I'd rather say, Banks are closed on Sunday. I don't know, but for me I won't put "because" on the sentence since it is obvious why banks are closed on Sunday. Hihi!

You could keep it that simple of course. But if you were to talk to an alien and you would want to state the reason of the bank being closed. What ways would there be to say that?

Yeah or: Bank transactions cannot be made during Sundays as the bank is closed. Bank transactions cannot be made during Sundays for the bank is closed. Bank transactions cannot be made during Sundays because the bank is closed. :D Rofl thanks!

Here are some of my own suggestions. It is Sunday and the bank is closed. The bank doesn't operate on Sundays. Sundays are off-days for banks. Banks don't operate on Sundays.

Sweet. Thanks! If you happen to make up more ways of saying the bank is closed since it is sunday, please do tell! :-)

What are you trying to mean exactly? Because it depends on what you want to say. It could be that 'the bank is closed on Sundays'.
