Different choice for losing weight

Many people want to have a good shape. There are a lot of ways to lose weight. Someone like to eat medicine to keep weight. It is easy and convenient to do. Some people would like to do some exercises. It is a little difficult to carry on. However it will be helpful for our health. Many friends of mine can not carry on it. What's your choice?

Count the calories as you eat. It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.

I am not fat but I found jogging is a good way to lose weight for I keep jogging at the past and the present about two or three times a week and each time last for 40min.I make myself a good figure and it makes me energetic but not tired!

My choice is definitely diet and exercise. I am not a believer of those pills that make you slim, although I know it works for some people. For me diet plus walking the treadmill helped me get to my target weight. However, I think I should have coupled dieting with going to the gym instead of just walking the treadmill. Walking helped me lose body fat, but I lost muscle mass as well. So now, I am going to the gym to build muscle.

For me,I will choose taking regular exercises.like running.I really enjoy taking exercise.It will take me strong and keep me have a low weight.

I mix the combination of eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, taking multi-vitamins, supplements, work out 4 to 6 times a week, protein powder for shakes and fish oil. The combination works if you team them together. I don't recommend going to the local vitamin store and purchasing a bunch of stuff you don't know what's in it and think it will work. I have used multiple dvd work out routines and found that the beach bodies series are solid and work. I have used p90x, and insanity. I usually drink 2 or 3 protein shakes daily while eating smaller portion meals. I work out also 4 to 6 times a week depending on the work out routine. I agree with the other post to which you gotta watch what goes in your mouth daily. It's not easy but is key to gains and loses. Now supplements and pills that is a preference for different people and I respect every person's opinion. The thing I would say is if you take them look in to what's in the pills because a lot of them don't work. If you wanna eat junk and calories some can make it work you just have to make sure to work out a bunch and burn the calories. Plus don't eat late or before bed!!
