How does work people string? I have idea but I'm new can you tell me how it works?

That social networking sites is not just a social networking but a real networking to make money on it. If you want to make money on that sites. You need more people under you and if they upgrade you get commission if you are an upgraded member also and this is what they called matrix...
That sites is really good if you have the ability to get more referrals under you. Because you can make huge amount of money at the end...

I have the same question. I was new in people string. I have finished first survey and earn 1.6$. I was visit the site regularly, use it as my default web page and use it as my search engine. My earning won't increase. I only got my points increase. I don't know hoe to convert this point into money. I will be glad if somebody here give me an answer.
