wait loose but slowly

when you are fatty and u are loking vorius then nu have to loss your but very slowly otherwise you get problem if u will try to loss very fast.

I agree. Loosing weight too quickly can be bad for your health. They say the most should be 1-2 pounds per week.

Yoga is one of the best ways of losing weight. Of course I can’t go into a full lecture about yoga over here but I can tell you that I have never seen people with better-toned bodies than those who practice yoga. One of the benefits of yoga is that you learn to control virtually every muscle and joint of your body so that the issue of weight gain will cease to exist.

satya, I want to apologize to you that that person is so rediculously stupid and rude. He shouldn't be allowed on mylot. As for your subject, If I lose several pounds quickly, it seems like I just make up for it in a few days and get it all back. I feel it's better to go slow.
