Killer bus back in road

A commitee of bus, Soyambhu Yatayat of Kathmanmdu is known as killer bus. The buses of soyambhu yatayathave started plying on regular routes by tampering their number plates and removing their original banner. It was out off roads since feburary 14 after it bulldozed its way through peanut vendors and shoppers in Chabahil killing two persons and injuring 3 other people.. I think Soyambhu yatayat must be out off roads..what do u all think???Do u think it must be on the roads..
