how to connect set top box to pinnacle TV Tuner card.

Hello All, I have been using pinnacle tv tuner card and pinnacle tv center pro software on my desktop. It gives me a very satisfied result in watching and quality of the tuner card. I now want to connect the set top box to pinnacle tv tuner card. but unable to understand how. I request you all to help me to install my set top box to the pinnacle tv tuner card. Please help me and let me know what is the procedure and how much I have to invest on this. Thanks
