Who among you really appreciate this anime.. who among you inspired by this anime? When i first watch this.. i thought the concept was only unique.. i haven't thought that if you only realized that it reflected in real life but few can only noticed it.. it is sad that only few people have the thoughts like Tohru.. She may appear like idiot but she was the most intelligent who had a deep understanding in that anime.. I hope anyone who love anime appreciate this one.. ^^

Fruits Basket is a wonderful anime. It's been a while since I've seen it but it's still one that stands out after all these years. The story has this melancholic feel to it and you feel kind of sad for all the Sohmas but then there's a tinge of hope too with Tohru's sunny and optimistic personality. It's great how she can connect with any of the Sohmas she meets up with. I like the fact that every single character has their own unique problems and personality. I think a lot of people have been waiting for years for a continuation to the anime. Myself being one of them.

That is true. Every single one of them had a sad past and it was amazing how Tohru was able to get through to them and give them some kind of hope.

It really is a great anime. I feel that as adults, we have lost the innocence of a child and sometimes, we may tend to be miserable. I admire Tohru for having that child-like innocence. I wish I had that. I know I used to have that until high school and early college but adulthood took that away. As for the story, I find it really unique. At the first episodes, the series is really funny. While approaching the middle and the end of the series, I realized how great the series is. The story is nice, the drama is perfect, and there is also a "dark" aspect to this anime especially when all is revealed at the end. I wish though that the ending wasn't hanging. I think the anime was just half of the entire manga series...

actually, the anime was just a few chapters in manga... last week, i finished to read the manga... and I'm sad realizing that it has an end.. Although Tohru just mimic her father's attitude to remember him.. it wasn't a bad idea.. instead she gave light in everyone.. but.. i kind'a a little beat disappointed in the last chapter because i expected too much different from the plot... anyway.. fruits basket is one of the best manga and anime for me... and i will not tired for recommending to people like you... ^^ I hope I ca chat anyone who have the same interest like me...

Fruits basket is totally epic. It would have been a total win if it weren't for the ending. The ending is a total cliffhanger........they should have finished the anime just like the way they finished it in the manga. The ending of the anime didn't explain about who-will-win tohru's hand. There are several petitions of a season 2 of this anime, but it wasn't that seccesful.. :(

it was a story of the sohma family who was cursed by hugging the opposite gender they will become one of the chinese zodiac.. no one ever know about the cursed eventhough people in their family who live the outside main house didn't know about it.. until the day that tohru, classmate of yuki, the rat, accidentally find it out..

its a cute anime, simple genre. not much of action if you wanna be inspired and have a relaxing time in watching anime, this is a god one for that.
