What is your favorite match from Wrestle Mania 5?

Wrestlemania 5 was not exactly a great Mania but not a bad one as well. Like you said, it was rather average. There are a lot of matches that are just there, neither good or bad. It took me a bit to think to remember exactly what was on this Wrestlemania 5 was other than the main event. That Savage/Hogan match was a great match. My favorite Hogan main event in Wrestlemania and a good match all around. Not the best Savage match at Mania, but still awesome. The more I think about it, if there is anyone who deserves the title of Mr. Wrestlemania just as much or even more than Shawn Michaels, it's the Macho Man. Speaking of Shawn Michaels, an honorable mention will have to go with the Rockers against The Twin Towers. This was a fun match. The big hulking team against the plucky high flyers. A pretty entertaining match all things considered. Other than the main event, this was my favorite match of Wrestlemania 5. Just a great and fun little match.

Well although this wrestlemania had a large number of matches it didnt really make it a really good wrestlemania. It was really just a average wrestlemania. Most of the matches were odd and very short for that matter. First we had Hercules vs Haku whcih was nothing special as many others. Beefcake vs Dibiase which would have been better if we had seen The Million Dollar man actually get his hair cut. The Red Rooster defeating Bobby Heenan was quite pointless as it was only for like 30 seconds. Jake Roberts vs Andre ewas cool but it was a slow match seeing as though Andre must have been in alot of pain by then and couldnt give his best. The best matches I would have to say were Mr Perfect vs Owen Hart as the Blue Blazer. Although it was only about 5 minutes long it was still a great match because these two guys had very similar styles and are two great technical wrestlers. Another that stood out was The Rockers vs The twin Towers. Even though Shawn and Marty didnt win they still won the crowd over wiht their energy and high flying style. The main event hogan vs Savage was ok but not the best of the night. Hogan isnt very goos wrestler and if it werent for savage I would have fallen asleep during that match. So there you go over all the wrestlemania was about a 7/10. I give them credit for the effort the gave for trying to put in alot of action but the qulaity just wasnt there.
