how to master java language?what kind of skill to learn programming language?

I'm interested in programming language,and the same puzzle is I do not know how to learn a programming language well?Pls give me some advice.

If you want to start learning easily, you can buy "Head First" java book. It is very good book to understand basics.
Then see different examples in java.You can refer http://java2s.com/ for this.
