Let us admit it that sometimes couple especially when they have been living together like 10-20-30-40 years, the feeling is not the same anymore. Is this true? I would like to hear from you long-time-married ones..

yes, sometimes, after all the time living together in a marriage, there is a sense of boredom or a sense of love that is not same as the first love, but that's a challenge that you must pass to prove to your partner that you are the truely love her

Could Boredom push people to look for someone else who could give them excitement?

yeah, right ... boredom can be a reason for people to leave their partner, but it means, he did not try to appreciate the meaning of true love

We've been married for almost 26 years now, I can still feel that the feelings' still the same. Whenever I'm away from home I still miss my husband, I can't stand it when we have arguments and we haven't come to a settlement. I am not used to arguing with my husband, if I think I'm right and he doesn't want to agree with me, I just let cool the situation and talk some other time. What ever it is that is to talk about, we sit and talk. He always show he cares for me. He always find time to help me in the kitchen on weekends. IF he wants to go out on his free time, he'll call and bring me there. I don't eat dinner without him at home except if there are important matters he needs to attend to. We always make love on weekends, not rheaumatism, grey hair, back ache or weak knees can change my love for my husband. He's the reason why I'm still alive, I love him so much!
