"We reap what we sow". How good this principle works in relationships?

Not only what we sow is important but where we sow is important too. The ground where we sow ought to be fertile. Then we have to water and nourish whatever we sow without it the plant would simply wither and die. Therefore, the saying, "We reap what we sow" is not entirely true. Sometimes the manure too helps in bringing forth good harvest. In relationship, we put forth our ideas. If one does not accept the ideas we put forth then it is like casting the pearls in front of ****. Further, if the ideas you sow do not translate into thoughts and do not bring forth good fruit then of course the saying you mentioned applies.

i agree with that saying, but that still depends on the process of sowing.

There could be some truth in it provided we sow at the right place and the soil where we sow is conducive to the relationship to flourish. No matter how much we try if the other party fails to contribute this saying may not hold good in building a relationship.

No, it not right for relationships that we reap what we sow. I love a person with the theft of heart. But she don't give me response.
