Is it True that if you walk 1 hour every day you lose 15lbs a month?

I heard that if you walk 1 hour every day you'll lost 10 to 15lbs a month, that's 120lbs - 180lbs a year!!!

It will help. Have you watched The Biggest Loser on TV? People on that show are losing pound after pound, but they're really working at it, too. They do a ton of exercise every day.

I just actually did! hehe...today is wenesday...and I just love wenesday nights cause I can watch biggest losser, I can't believe that this girl who were working out at home is loosing more and now even top 1 in this weigh.

you're right, the girl who lost more at home, had a better support group and home than she does at the biggest loser, I hope she wins, because they have been so mean to her.

yeah, you do but you got to eat foods that cut your appetite and make you feel full longer.

Morning walking is very good and I never tried of loosing weight since I am already very thin
