Jogging is one of the best exercise t keep you fit . Must go for a walk.Atleast 45 minutes, important to be healthy.If you dont do please start doing now,prefebly in the morning or any time which suites you.

I agree with you. Jogging gives you mental joy,provided you do not exhaust yourself. You get nice feelings in muscles during the jogging and afterwards. Regular jogging gives physical fitness and other health benefits.It removes laziness and make active the whole day.

I agree with your advise regarding the good benefits you will get from jogging. It is a healthy exercise. This help your blood circulate well in your body. It gives a development for good breathing and burning of calories. This reduce too much fat production in the body by means of perspiration or sweating. In this exercise, by traveling in places you are comfortable with, you can feel the beauty of nature and what it brings for you. It even helps you release all your stress and worries in mind. Surely, this keep your mind and body healthy.
