The qualities you desire in a women you are planning to stick around with?

This question is directed at the men asked by a woman, but this world has many types of relationships and opinions so all who want to comment would be nice.
Beside looks as obviously you will go for someone you are attracted to, other then that what qualities would she have to possess? I think friendship, understanding, respect and space are important, and a girl that is independent and can take care of herself and doesn't actually need you....then you want her.

There are two points of view as far as qualities are concerned to stick around with.
The first point of view is Attractiveness. The attractiveness may be due to her beauty, eyes, face, body structure, sexy , etc, all these constitutes physical qualities.
The second point of view is qualities like Love, affection, kindness, empathy, sympathy, etc. all these constitutes Mental Qualities.
Whoever attains the women with both the above mentioned quallities really they are very Luckky
