cramps

i am 6 mos pregnant now, and suffer painful cramps on my leg almost every night. it is really painful that it makes me cry, especially that my husband is not around. we are apart because of his work overseas. i just want to know what are the reasons for leg cramps and how do i avoid it? waiting for your response.

There could be a few reasons for this.... Weight gain Nerves and muscles becoming more compressed as the baby grows Lack of exercise or overexertion Dehydration Althought it's probably something simple and nothing to fret over, you could make an appointment with your doctor, or call your doctor's office and speak to a nurse.
