Can anyone access Neobux?

February 25, 2010 9:54am CST
I can't load the webpage for two days straight. Are they haing server problems or are they closing down? I hope it's not the latter. The closure of Upbux is already a blow to me and I don't want to be disappointed again. Neobux by fair is the most trusted PTC site out there. Any ideas on what actually happened? Cheers.

It has loaded just fine for me. Seems a bit slow this morning. What browser are you using?

I'm glad you were finally able to log in. Maybe from now on right before you open Neobux make sure to clear your cookies, and close everything else that you might have open so that most of the power is concentrating only on Neobux while you're there. I had to do that for awhile. Neobux did seem a but slower today but I'm sure they were just doing some updates or something. Anyhow take care and good luck

I can load neobux. Make sure you ll delete your cookies if you are experiencing problems. For some reason or another i think neboux records your pc's configuration by the use of cookies. So if you are using another different computer just delete your cookies and log in again. If you are still experiencing problems just contact the site admiinstration. I hope they ll help you.

Yup they use cookies. Other than that they also use your computer's date and time. If it isn't synchronized with your timezone, you will have problems logging in NeoBux. The second problem is rare though, It's usually either a problem with your browser's cookies or your ISP. Hope you have dynamic ip's just incase your ip was accidentally blocked by the NeoBux firewall. They have tight security there which helped them stay legit.

i logged in about an hour ago and had no problems. sometimes due to server overload these may happen. also sometimes due to some other reasons it can happen. wait for a hour and try it again.

I haven't had problems for the past week, not sure why you got that yesterday. It must've been a problem with your ISP instead. Glad you're back on track now though :)
