My son and I have went to every Saw movie since the beginning, its become a tradition, and the whole family goes to the new Harry Potter movie each year. I think when Harry Potter ends I will be missing it the most because we have looked forward to them with the kids each year and its weird, but the series has become a family tradition being around for most of our childrens lives. Are there any movie series you and your family wait for almost like its a holiday to go see?

My family and I love to watch A CHRISTMAS STORY every year around the Christmas holidays. This movies always makes my children laugh and it entertains them year after year. We all sit down as a family in the living room and just blast it on the television. Another traditional movie we watch is THE TEN COMMANDMENTS. Awesome biblical movie that comes on every easter.

Wow, I hadn't even thought of Christmas Story. Thats a big one for everyone. We actually have a big thing at work for everyone who has to work Christmas to watch it during our carry in dinner, so this movie is a long standing holiday. ;-)

I must say that the best ones are Two and a half man and I also liked My name is Earl for a long time. I also watched Prisonbreak like crazy. I remember I watched a whole seazon in one weekend. But Prison break wasn't exactly a holiday because of all the nerve wrecking action. Sorry I didn't really write about movie series. I also liked Harry Potter and Lord of the rings was even better in my opinion.

Oh, I've been hooked on TV shows as well, my wife and I watch Nip/Tuck religiously together; and I just recently caught a couple episodes of Dexter which I plan to get the box sets so we can start watching those together.
