I found this after posting about being mistaken for gender myself. I'm not sure what a she male is! is it a male who wishes to be female or a female who wishes to be male? I imagine whichever it is, it is a person who fully acts the part. I have to admit here that I have mixed feelings about that. I certainly can see how a person would wish to be the opposite gender however,I think people are too quick to want to change themselves. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. I would feel a bit uncomfortable about not knowing which gender I was talking with and would try not to say anything that could only apply to one or the other. Once when I was a child, my mother spoke with a person at the bus stop while we waited for the bus. The whole time I was thinking, 'mum, that lady you are talking to, is a man' ,he was dressed like a man and had a 12 o'clock shadow( beard showing through his skin) but she spoke as though he was a woman the whole time and he didn't indicate that he wasn't. I thin people need to learn to be tolerant of other people's choices. Who are we to judge their lives?

WE are all EQUAL I think we should treat them the same as us. It doesn't mean that they are different because they are trapped in someone else's body. I just think that we have the right of expressing ourselves and making the most of who and what we are.

Gender preference should be treated just about the same way we treat others with different opinions from us. We treat it with respect. We should treat those people with respect. Besides, what they do with their lives is none of our business. You are actually making a start. Starting with yourself. The fact that you feel for the person already makes you a person of grandeur. Most people nowadays have discrimination hiding inside theirselves, but you -- you have something better.
