hi my dear i like too much cheese but all-way's afraid that some time is harmful for health but i like too much that's why i eat very interesting way.

Cheese is actually very good for you because it has calcium and probiotics which help promote good digestion. Just make sure that you exercise portion control, because too much cheese is too salty for your own good! :D
