New jobs

I started this job about 4-5 weeks ago and it only pays every other Friday and it is killing me to manage money when I am used to getting paid weekly and jobs are hard to find and it took me 3 months to find this one, the pay is not that great and it seems like the pressure of the quota things are getting harder and I don't really like being pushed for a quota when they barely pay you by the hour. It has great hours and no weekends, The problem I am having is my friend said I could come to work where she is but the hours would be 9-6 m-f and Saturdays 10-2 but you get paid weekly it it=s kind of far from my home but it is on the bus line and I consider her a true friend and I told her I would be there because of the way these people treat me at this place I am now they are so hateful towards me and I was not born yesterday I am older and don't have time for childish games at work. I am starting to like the job a little but I think it is because of the hours and being close to home. I am confused of whether to go to a different place with my friend because the being paid every week would help me and ny husband out trememndously,And she told me I would not get 40 hours at first but once they moved in the new building I would.What would you do?
