Do you keep a check on your weight?

I remember myself always getting my weight checked once a month as I am fond of keeping myself fit. Keeping ourselves fit and healthy is a nice way to enjoy life and be happy. I always like to check my weight so that I can remain fit. Do you check your weight regularly?

No i don't cause i don't have a weight scale handy in my house, So what i do is keep an eye on my tummy and shoulder. If i feel my tummy is getting bigger or i am having bigger broader shoulders, that's the time when i control the foods i'm eating and the amount of food i consume.And i say that it has been effective for many years now , plus of course i always include oatmeal in my diet regimen.

Yes i check my weight regularly. Whenever i get this opportunity i check this. When i go any shopping mall or any hospital i saw weight check machine and i check. I like to do this.

Very much like you, I also check my weight whenever I ran into a shopping mall and see a weight checking machine and then get a ticket of my weight plus lucky numbers as well as horoscope which also sometimes become true for the day. Thanks for the Response and Have a nice day!!

It's over 4 months now I ignore about my weight (which is not really good). When I was still in school, every twice a week I went to the clinic to check about the progress of my weight. I was so thin after my high school so I really dreamed to get bigger and heavier... when I noticed that there was a progress I got so excited to check my weight...

It is always better to check you weight in some time intervals so that you can have an account of your mass and which will allow you to take proper intake of diet and food accordingly to remain fit and healthy. Thanks for the Response and Have a nice day!!

there is a age and weight ratio that should be maintained to stay healthy so it is a good idea to check the weight periodically. regular checking is not necessary is what i feel though.
