Weekend going through really fast

Oh my god, I have no idea how fast Sunday gone through. After I got up from my bed, it was already 12:00 P.M. half of the day is gone. After lunch, and I watch a little bit of television, then I get online to check email, browse around my favorite websites, it is already 4:30 P.M. Pretty fast on a day, and there is so much I want to do on my free day. On contrary, the time goes so slow while at work. Don't you feel the same?

Oh yeah. By the time I woke up on Sunday morning, half day already gone. I did a little bit of stuff, and it just going way too fast. If I hangout with a couple of friends, the day is already done. That is Sunday we have.

You know - that's funny. you think that the weekdays are taking too long to get to the weekends - and just when you get there, it's back to square one. Time's fast when you don't need it - but slow when your patience is needed.

definitely... i also feel the same way like you... 2 days not seem to be enough for me... they just go so quickly... saturday is the day that i treasure a lot as i got to spend it with my hubby... we usually clean the house and went out grocery shopping together... sunday is my cooking day and in the afternoon i went to church until night... by the time we went home, we have dinner, relax a bit and go to sleep as we have to wake up early again the next day to go to work... and the cycle continue on and on... :-) take care and have a nice day...

I have to tell you that I love my job, but I agree with you, the whole weekend goes by so fast, it look like it was just Friday night, and just of the sudden it was Sunday night, and I realized that I didn't do any laundry, any cleaning in my apartment, it goes so fast that you don't even rest. You are the whole week dying for the weekend comes and when it is here, you spend the half of the time sleeping and doing things around your home.

You are so lucky to stay at bed that late. I so envy you. I work up at 4:00am by my daughter's crying and had to sooth her for an hour. Then i went to a template with my friend for worship. Then I rash to a restaurant for a firend's wedding. It's almost 2pm when i came back home. Before catch my dauther's 4:00pm clases, i played with her and dressed her up. When i called it a day yesterday, it's almost 11pm. i am so wanna go to office because it's a relax!

Yes. I allways feel the weekend goes fast. On sunday, I got up very late, and every things take more time. When the day gone through, I fand that I nearly had done nothing. Just looks like wast time. But when the workdays come back, time goes slowly. Oh, maybe most ones will feel so. I think.

When I have work, yes, and I hope I get called tomorrow. I lost my job in 2008 and still haven't found anything. But I registered with an employment service and every now and then, one of their clients calls them and I'm the first one they ask for. That's good, but I was supposed to start a new assignment this Monday and they called me and said there isn't much activity. So hopefully tomorrow they'll call for me to start coming in on Tuesday. When I'm not working, like this week, almost every day is like what you said. Sometimes I'll get up around 9 or 10 in the morning, eat breakfast and before I know it, it's 3 or 4 pm and I haven't even shaved or taken a shower yet. When I am working I shave and shower first.

I think that this weekend has gone really fast aswell, but i think that may be because i have had lots of people in and out of my house all weekend as well as i have spent alot more time doing alot more things with the children.I did find the week seemed to drag though as i was not in a good mood most of the week as i was dreading the end of the week when i had lots of places to be.

It's not only weekend that passes by too fast, but each day is like an hour. We woke up in the morning and do our daily routine as if everything is undone the last day. Then, same thing again the next day and next day. Just see how last year passes by,now we are entering the first quarter of the year. How does really time flies...too fast.

yes your right, time become so fast now a days. 2 days looks like 2 hours for me. maybe because we only have 2 days of rest against 5 days of work thats why our mind and body still tired and need to rest more specially if you work full time. i wonder if theres part time who offer that same salary as what we earned full time. i guess none, unless we have our own business as we handle our own time.

I enjoyed my weekend so well.I watched tv,slept nicely and I also saw India vs Pakistan hockey match.I browsed net, listened to songs, ate well...what else to say I enjoyed it thoroughly.Always the weekend goes faster. But we should enjoy. We sleep for long hours due to tiredness. It is natural but have to enjoy also.So I will sleep less hours and enjoy the weekend.Hope you will enjoy next week.Bye, take care..

I was just thinking the same thing, this weekend was sooo quick. I have been waiting for the weekend to relax a little and about an hour ago I realized it was already sunday and tomorrow I'm back to the usual life. Usually we say that time goes fast when we're having fun but I really didn't do anything special but yet time flew. The only thing left to do is to wait for easter vacations that will be in about a month, bummer that will be in a while :/

Yes I feel the same thing. I would just be relaxing on my bed then check the time and see that it has been an hour of me just lying there. I usually don't like my weekend going by so fast because I will have to go to school. And time passes by really slow in school. But I feel that sometimes when we are doing something enjoyable we tend to lose track of time and we feel that time has gone by fast, which is different to school or work where we are doing something boring and keep staring at the clock.
