How do you loose your weight?

Have you ever tried anything like:jogging,walking,excercising,eats only light food, or anything just to loosen your unwanted weights? I tried to lessened my food intakes, and it helps me mentained a more lean body, with the help of some food supplements to support my daily body needs of vitamins and minerals.How about you guys out there? What are you doing about your weight problems? Any solutions to mentain your ideal body weight?

the best way to loose weight is to avoid all oily stuff,because it not only reduces weight but also keeps the skin good..and exercise is must

Thank you very much for the response.You are true that avoiding the usage of oil in our food preparations makes our food more healthy, our body needs some fats to endure the cold temperature and those makes our system normal with the other nutrients essential for our survival like magnesium, calcium, manganese, and vitamins.

i do most of that,, jogging once in a while, work out in the gym,.. but haven't got down my weight even few lbs in the past 2-3 years.. always getting high.. although I haven't put any control over my diet.. I guess, everything needs to be balanced to reduce your weight..

Thank you very much for the response.Even if you do all those excercises, but you consumed more than what you have burned inside your body, then you will surely get fatter than anticipated.Try to have a more lighter diet,but with the most complete vitamins ang minerals your body needs.You can try my own way by just eating a 2 sliced bread,1 fried egg, and a glass of non fat milk in the morning.Then I tried a 1 cup of rice,fresh salad,a piece of banana in my lunch.I prepare a cup of rice,a vegetable mixed,a piece of pears in my super.This kind of eating habbits makes me lean anf I feel very comfortable about it.I do not think it will not do good into you,but try it.Enjoy your new meals.
