limited first edition, franklin porcelain wall plate

Hi, I'm looking to replace a plate crafted by Haviland, Limoges, France FP 1984 for Franklin Porcelain. The subject is 'The Wild Birds of the World' around the motif it has 'The International Council for Bird Preservation' There is twelve in the set, but I couldn't say which one is missing, I will have eliminate those from the ones I have. If anyone has any guidance to offer it would be much appretiated. Thanks Kavan
