Panagbenga Festival in Baguio, do you think it helps promote the Philippines?

The Philippines, obviously, is wanting in tourists. Getting only about three million arrivals last year, which is only a month's total in Hongkong and Singapore, the visitor stats is not good. With a Panagbenga Festival now going on in Baguio City and people claiming that a lot of people came to see it, do you think this will improve the tourist arrival stats of the country?

i think philippines is a very nice country with very nice and hospitable people. rich in natural resources, beauties and really amazing country. that is why philippines had stolen the eyes of foreign invaders long time ago. i wish i could visit philippines soon and witness those nice festivals you are talking about.
