Why we wouldn't get any message from 'PAYPAL"?

Dear Indian mylotters,previously we had a message from paypal about withdrawal of money from Indian banks on 3rd March onwards...till now i couldn't get any message from them and do you get any mail from paypal?

May be we have to visit paypal.com and see for their notificaions. But as of now, money transfer to Indian Banks are allowed by submitting some export code or income source details. I have not withdrawn money so far.

Message is provided in their blog. https://www.thepaypalblog.com/ Now we need to provide Purpose Codes to paypal and bank may ask related documents from us. God only knows, which bank will ask which documents.!!!!
