Is there really such a thing as commitment phobia?

Have you ever wondered if COMMITMENT PHOBIA is real? or if its merely symptomatic of the fact that traditional values in relationships have long ago crumbled?

I don't really know if it is a mere excuse for being promiscous or having polygamous affairs. I've had an affair with a commitment phobic and until now I just can't accept the fact that I still have feelings for him and even if I try to run away just to move on with my life, I just can't escape all the memories we've had. Oh yes, im not yet over him but I'm trying so hard to make it look like i'm so over. I hope that women won't commit the same mistake I've done. Love without commitment is like falling in a cliff alone. Nobody's there to catch you. So don't ever fall in love with a commitment phobic, the more you do the stronger they'll get, till they're strong enough to fly into trees, then to higher trees, then to the sky. That's the reality I've been through.
