what do you think shuld be done with child killers?
By that i mean children who kill or commit other serious crimes? In the UK yesterday a man who as a 10 year old was convicted of killing a toddler was sent back to prison. What he did to get sent back has not yet been said but many say he should never have been let out on parole. whats your option on how society should try and deal with child criminals.

That is the biggest pet peeve I have. I have no use for anyone who abuses or kills a child. If this was a perfect world throw them in general population and let them take care of them. I would love to see them suffer as much as these poor beautiful angels have suffered. How many times have we seen these "molesters" get released only to get out and this time kill the child thinking they won't go back in. They need to be in the gas chamber and be done with it. Or just throw them in a bathtub and toss a radio in there. I do not have any children but when I see their precious faces on the news and hear what happened to them I cry for them and then I am so mad at these scums who harm these children. If they aren't going to be fried they need to be put somewhere the sun don't shine.

No I am talking about adults. Children killing children you have to go case by case. How old is the child who did the crime. If after juvie should they be let out or go to adult prison. They have to be evaluated before deciding how to be charged. There have been to many cases where adults are let out and they kidnap a child and kill them. Abusing children and animals really gets under my skin.

as what they see, an eye for an eye, and so a life for a life. if that person killed someone then if we cant kill him then at least put him on jail for life and dont give him a chance to go out and wait til another child will die again because of this criminal. i guess its better if all killers that now in jail must not entitled to any parole specially if found guilty.

Sorry, it's me again, but this whole story just gets me so angry. You see it's not just the life of little James that these boys took is it? It's his poor mother and family that have to try and live a day to day life without their little boy. The day these two animals abducted, abused and murdered that poor little two year old they tore a family apart too and broke their hearts forever.

An adult that kills a person would probably would go to jail for the rest of his life. I remember the news of two ten years old killing a toddler. I thought that they did a sick thing and they deserved to go to youth custody like a jail for children until age eighteen. Then they could continue their sentence in a jail for adults. A person that kills is a danger to society. A killer should not be let out on parole. Sometimes there can be a terrible accident like when two children are playing on an iced over pond. In count a judge needs to decide on the criminals sentence.

But yesterday an adult was convicted of killing a student and got sent down for twenty six years. The justice system in the UK is really inconsistent. Take Jack The Ripper as another example. He murdered 13 women and got 30 years which will be coming to an end in 2011. If he had have got 10 years for each life hw would stay in prision for 130 years!

I don't know, Its not our decission to make punishments. I am not that brutal but I would say a very long period would do the trick. 30-40 years?
