It is really vast topic and I've read and tested a lot. First its important to tell us which is your OS - windows XP, Vista, 7. Next to tell if your set your HDD as first booting device in the BIOS boot-up settengs. If your OS is windows xp microsoft has done a great small utility that analyzes the windows start-up and shows in details what makes your computer's boot slow plus there's option that provides optimization of the start-up. The name of the utility is "Microsoft bootvis". Another thing you should do is to check your system for adware, spyware, rough programs and so on and clean it. The best choise for this purpose in my opinion is "Superantispyware". Next remove accessories and services you don't want in your start-up. It could be done with the hidden system utility microsoft configuration utility. You could reach it by typing "msconfig" (without the quotes of course) in Run... in the windows start menu. When msconfig is run choose the "startup" button and remove ticks in front of the programs you don't use. Last you should uninstall programs you don't really need cause some parts of them load processes during startup and in this way they make computer loads slower. Well, there are also more tricks to fresh your machine and make it boot faster but it's really a lot to write it all right now. I hope info that I gave helps.

you need your computer with upgrade with higher spect again, such as adding RAM memory, processor, I'm sure you will be loading your computer faster. And you can use TuneUp 2010 software to optimize your computer system

There are several ways you can make your computer load faster. If you are talking about just getting Windows to open up faster then you can get rid of the start up programs (Most if not all of them). If that doesn't work then you may need to get some RAM for your computer which RAM is where your CPU (Central Processing Unit) loads files to first when it is loading a program/Operating System. Your computer loading slow could be it needing to access your Hard Drive to store more files on it which slows down the ability of your computer to load programs faster. When buy RAM you need to make sure you buy the same RAM sticks that you have already in there make sure you also buy the sticks at the same speed that the other two or one RAM sticks that your already have in there. Those are the two I can think of right now for a Program/Operating System loading. If you are talking about web browsers loading websites faster well that all depends on the speed of the network that you are connecting to and how much data you pc has to download to start to display the information of said website. Not much you can do but maybe upgrade your network card. Not sure what could be causing the problem because I have no Idea what your system is running. So yeah without some info on your system who can really say how to go about helping your computer load faster.

Uninstalling unwanted programs usually does the trick, as well as purging all your documents, pictures and any other saved files you no longer need eating up computer memory.
