do pets have blind spots?

okay, we have a pond right here, and we have some freshwater fishes around and i wonder.. why is that when i try to touch them, they just sense it? i mean i touch them from their tails, they go away and tries to evade your finger. can they sense that? do they have blond spots or not? hmmm i really wonder haha~

Hello i don't think pets have blind spots, particulary fish.. we have a pond far from city, if you go and dip your legs, fish swim near you and may bite your fingers and toes..
