Is there an easy way to find foreclosures without paying a lot of money?

Would like to know how to find decent foreclosures without having to spend $99 for programs that don't really work.

You could simply knock on doors in a neighborhood that you want to get a house in. Simply ask them if they are interested in selling their home. A person doesnt have ot be in foreclosure or the home doesnt have to be owned by the bank to be a great deal. My deals have all been about half pre-foreclosure deals half simply just motivated sellers. The hardest part is the funding.
